Baby Judo

Yeah there are probably other things to talk about than this new life form, but you will have to read someone else's blog for that for now.

So I'm rounding up to 19 weeks here, only one week under half way. Thankfully the nausea and vomiting have decreased this week so perhaps 19 is the magic number. This week the baby's enormous head (can 7oz be considered enormous?)is starting to look smaller because the arms and legs are stretching out. Which works out well because I'm feeling all kinds of baby water aerobics. Turns out the progeny can taste now so the baby bistro is open. Apparently, the foods I am eating give the placenta a tinge of flavor. The baby seems to move more when I eat spicey food, so bring on the Thai and work those muscles! Also the sense of hearing is developing which is causing Justin to frett over progeny's first playlist.

Why the heirloom tomato? For some reason all the pregancy website compare your fetus to a piece of fruit or vegtable every week. This serves to make me want to have one of these fruits or veggies around, but feel a little guilty for eating the produce.
