Fish CSA





We joined WalkingFish, a fish CSA (community supported agriculture). Every other week we get fresh seafood from the coast, but we never know what we are going to get. Last week it was oysters and clams, we'd never made those at home before. We broiled the oysters and made a garlic & butter sauce which was pretty good. We also cooked the clams in roasted garlic and shallots with tomatoes and white wine. Pretty good, but a little short of the restaurant rip off I was going for...
